• Yes, and we have an arrangement with airtel, TATA Docomo, Reliance and Idea to provide you with the application download and content delivery at ABSOLUTELY NO COST. Standard data charges would be applicable for content update for all other operators.

• The download is ABSOLUTELY FREE for Airtel, TATA Docomo and Reliance customers. Standard operator data charges would apply for data usage on all other operator networks.

• The SMS2.0 service is FOC (Free of Charge). The SMS charges remain as per your mobile service plan.
• There are no extra charges for:
• - Sending or viewing messages
• - Using any of the enhanced features like smileys, coloured fonts, secret & scheduled sms or facebook and twitter.
• - The SMS2.0 content displayed when you are viewing/composing a message, or when the message is sent.
• Standard data charges apply for updating the content that you see on your message screen and for browsing for more information on the free content when you choose to connect over the internet.

• Once you send a request to download SMS2.0, you will receive a SMS from us which has a download URL. Simply click on the URL and follow the on-screen instructions. On installation, SMS2.0 replaces your native sms and becomes your default messaging application.

• The registration enables you to have complete control over the cool and exclusive content we send your way. This is where you create a personal profile and customize the content mix that you are interested in. • Go to SMS2.0 Options in the Options menu in the SMS2.0 application and select Update Profile. Choose your interest areas and bingo!

• This is the standard, no-frills 'SMS function' that comes with your phone. The default SMS does not have content, cool smileys, coloured text, background colours, facebook & twitter access through SMS or any enhanced messaging features like Scheduled & Secret SMS.

• You will not be able to access the default SMS application if you install SMS2.0 on your phone. The good news is that the SMS2.0 application works exactly like the default SMS editor and much more! These enhancements improve your SMS experience and make it more enjoyable.

• Yes, you can continue using the MMS and E-mail applications even with SMS2.0 installed in your phone.

• It depends on your usage and how often you use your mobile phone to visit websites. There will be a slight decrease in battery life and the impact is minimal and almost unnoticeable.

• Yes, the phone will revert to the default SMS application when you uninstall SMS2.0

• Yes, you can continue using the application to create and view messages when you are roaming, and existing content remains available for viewing.

• It is ABSOLUTELY FREE. Your SMS charges remain as per your original mobile service plan. There are no extra charges for:

• Even if your friend is not a SMS2.0 user, you can continue to send and receive SMSes from him / her.

• She will need to subscribe to this application before she can see the teaser and enjoy other exciting and cool features that come together with this service.

• Yes, you can and you will receive periodic prompts to register the service. Once you have successfully completed the registration, the prompts will stop.

• These are the possible reasons:
• The one-time registration during the installation may have been incomplete.
• After installation, the SMS2.0 system takes around 2-4 hours to prepare your suite of customized content. So if you receive a prompt to register, please complete the registration accordingly. Following that, the first batch of content will be delivered to your mobile phone in approximately 2-4 hours.

• You should go to 'My Facebook' and 'My Twitter' page which can be accessed through the menu options on SMS2.0 Live. Click on settings to enter and save your username & password credentials. Then go back to the phonebook and update your contacts to see all your friends.
• I received an SMS to download the application. I clicked the link in the SMS but nothing was downloaded.
• You should click 'Yes' when you are shown the prompt 'Connection to server needed'. If the download still doesn't begin, please check if your phone is configured for web access. If you are unsure about configuring your phone for web access, please contact your mobile service provider.

• You need to turn on the 'Automatic Find' option. To do so, go to the Options menu, scroll down and set 'Automatic Find' to ON.
• Please note that on some phones the 'Automatic Find' option may appear differently.

• Check the software installation setting on your mobile phone and ensure that the 'Application Manager' is set to ON. The 'Application Manager' is typically accessible through the Tools menu.

• Create a new message and send it to yourself. You should see a new SMS user interface, with the SMS2.0 icon at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
